Dear parents,
We hope this blog finds you well! As we wrap up our last week of school, we want to extend our sincere thanks for all our time spent together. It has been a pleasure working with your children, and we are so proud of all the amazing work they have done! Read on for some highlights of our final week together for the year…
Large group
During our large group time, we read a story together, sang songs, took attendance, and had meaningful discussions. The children enjoyed participating and sharing their ideas with their friends.
Gymnastics
In gymnastics, the children practiced climbing the ladder and kicking the ball toward the goal. They showed confidence, coordination, and enthusiasm while participating in these activities.
Solar System Day
As part of our LE Wonder Week, we celebrated Solar System Day– a day all about one of our student’s favorite learning topics: space. The children enjoyed exploring and participating in the day's activities. Here are some pictures from our Solar System Day celebration.
Pajama Day
On Tuesday, we had a fun Pajama Day! Everyone came dressed in their cozy pajamas and was very excited. We read a bedtime story together, relaxed on the mats, and enjoyed spending time outdoors. It was a wonderful and memorable day for everyone. We then gave them a chance to express themselves through some free drawing. During this time, the children enjoyed sharing their ideas through pictures and writing. They were highly engaged and excited to share their work with their friends and teachers, proudly saying, "I wrote this!" and "look what I made!" This activity encouraged creativity, communication, and early writing skills.
Mis-Match Day
Our Mis-match Day was filled with excitement and laughter! The children came to school wearing fun mismatched outfits, colorful combinations, and inside-out clothing. They were eager to show their unique styles and enjoyed talking about their outfits with their friends.
The day brought lots of smiles as the children celebrated being creative and different. Everyone participated enthusiastically and had a wonderful time sharing this special experience together. Here are some pictures from our Mismatched Day celebration:
Fruit Time
The children had a wonderful time during our Picnic Day. We spent time outdoors enjoying the fresh air, exploring nature, and sharing a variety of fruits and snacks with our friends. The children enjoyed eating together, chatting, and having fun in a relaxed environment. It was a joyful day filled with laughter, friendship, and happy memories.
