Preschool this school
Dear parents,
We had another great week at school! The preschool class would like to welcome Seven, he joined us this week coming back from his long break! Because we are growing in number beginning this week Eyerus from Infant and Toddlers team have moved to our class as an assistant.
Please note that school will be closed on the 5th of February for teacher traning.
Large Group
This week we were busy practicing zoo phonics (sounds of Alphabet letters). We continued writing our sentences by drawing words like ‘Monster Sunny Day”. We are happy to see the different Happy, Scary, Sad faces the children drew on the board to show how they understood these words and emotions.
Small group
This week for our exploration, we had Literacy (zoo phonics), Math (making patterns using beads), science (creating color on pasta), and Library. For our art class we used the pasta we colored in science and made a collaborative Artwork! The children loved sharing what their plan was among each other and also helped each other in the process.
Work time
The children enjoyed going to the different work time centers. This week we added to new centers to our work time! The sand box and the waters fun!! Please send extra cloth for your children for these new centers!!

Reminder
On Thursday please make sure your child wears old clothes and shoes for Art.
We have library on Fridays, please return library folder on Friday so your child can choose another book.
Please be respectful to our pick up times and help us have smooth daily routines. Lunchtime pick ups (from 12:00-12:30) afternoon pick ups (from 3:00-3:30) if you have any questions feel free to contact us during school hours.
