Early Preschool

It was another Great week at little Einsteins. We had fun playing together and getting to know each other.The children are getting more comfortable with their friends and teachers.

Large Group

We start most of our large group by reading books. After cleaning up the books all the kids are so excited to choose a pattern for a morning song and sing with their friends. On our message board we have talked about our daily routine and what we do in the school all day and the current weather and how we can be dresses up for different weathers. The 20 minutes we sit on large group is becoming their new favorite time.

Small group

This week for our exploration, we had Literacy, Math, Light-box, science and library. We worked on exploring with different materials in each exploration areas.

Work time

Kids enjoyed going to the different work time centers. It is a great experience for them to be exposed to different centers and socialize. The centers we had for this week are Art studio, magnets and puzzles, cars and trucks, community, and blocks.

Reminder

On Monday please make sure your child wears old clothes and shoes for art. It could get messy.
Please don’t forger to return their library folders on Thursday.
School will be closed on Monday 11th September for Ethiopian New Year.
Please be respectful of our pick up times and help us have smooth daily routines. Lunchtime pick ups (from 12:00-12:30) afternoon pick ups (from 3:00-3:30) if you have any questions feel free to contact us during school hours.
