Dear Parents,

We had a fantastic week filled with energy, learning, and fun! One of the highlights was an unforgettable football match with ICS—our students were not only thrilled but also showed great team spirit and enthusiasm. Everyone was happy and fully engaged throughout the game. We also enjoyed a variety of exciting classroom activities. Keep reading to find out more about what we’ve been up to, and we hope you had a wonderful week as well!

Large group

Every day in our large group starts with togetherness and joy! We begin by gathering as a group and sharing how our morning has been. It’s a wonderful way to connect and start the day with smiles. Next, we sing our cheerful "Good Morning" song, which always brings energy and excitement. After singing, we talk about the weather—whether it’s sunny, cloudy, rainy, or windy, we love to observe and share what we see. Then, we discuss the day of the week, helping us stay on track and understand the rhythm of time. Finally, we take attendance to make sure everyone is here and ready for the fun ahead. Our large group time sets a positive tone for the day—and we always look forward to it!

Small group

Literacy

In our recent literacy session, the classroom was filled with color, creativity, and concentration. Each student eagerly picked up their journal book and reached for their favorite crayons. With excitement in their eyes, they began to draw everything from cars and tunnels to houses and animals. It was wonderful to see how focused and engaged the students were during this activity. Their imaginations ran free, and their drawings reflected their unique perspectives and ideas. Watching their joy and creativity in action reminded us how important it is to give children the space to express themselves. This session was a beautiful blend of literacy and art, showing that learning can be both exciting and meaningful!

Math

Our recent math session was full of excitement and learning as we explored counting with bears! Each student received a set of small flashcards, and their task was to match the numbers with the corresponding bears. What made it even more fun was that they got to choose their favorite color of bears to match with the numbers! It was a fantastic time as every student focused and engaged with the activity. Their enthusiasm and concentration were evident as they worked through the counting challenge, making it an enjoyable and educational experience for all. This hands-on activity not only helped reinforce number recognition but also brought a lot of joy and creativity into the learning process. It’s moments like these that remind us how fun and interactive math can be!

Art

In our art session, creativity was in full bloom! The students gathered to brainstorm the theme for our next big canvas project—and the winning idea was both magical and colorful: a giant unicorn! Everyone was excited to work together and bring the unicorn to life using different types of paint, with a special focus on white, pink, and purple.

To get their creative juices flowing, we first handed out paper and markers and invited each student to draw their own version of a unicorn. It was amazing to see how unique and imaginative their creations were! From sparkling horns to flowing manes, every drawing reflected each child's personal touch.

We can't wait to see how all these ideas come together on one big canvas. This project is already shaping up to be a beautiful example of teamwork, imagination, and artistic expression.

Unforgettable Football Match: A Day of Fun and Team Spirit

On Wednesday, May 14, 2025, our school organized an exciting football match that brought all of our students together in the spirit of sportsmanship and fun. The entire team showed up in their vibrant blue jerseys, ready to take on the challenge. The match was held at the ICS campus, and the students were absolutely thrilled. They not only enjoyed the game but also fell in love with the beautiful ICS compound. After the match, the excitement didn't stop. We gathered to take pictures together and captured plenty of fun moments both as a team and individually. To celebrate their efforts, every student received a medal, and we also awarded them a special trophy, a medallion as a token of appreciation for their hard work and enthusiasm. The day was truly unforgettable, filled with joy, laughter, and great memories. It was a fantastic experience for both the students and the teachers, and everyone left with a smile, eager for the next adventure!
