Early Pre School and Pre School This week

We had great week in early pre school and pre school, we hope yours was great as well!

This week we also said farewell to one of our friend Maya! Have the best journey! we will miss you!

Large Group

Our large group had a lot of fun this week. As always, we sang the Good morning song and our students' favorite song , then we went back to our message board, did attendance , Days of the week and zoo phonics, from e-i, and included new numbers and shapes on our board for them to learn every day, and identified numbers figures 1-5. They also identified different shapes circle, triangle, square shapes.

Small Group

Music

In our music session we talked about different domestic animals and then they chose their favorite animal songs turn by turn and among them" baba black sheep", "old mac Donald ", Ali baba farm" we had a great time.

Math

In our Math session we made number sorting activity. First we talked about numbers 1-10 and we mixed and put different numbers together. then we asked the students to sort the number and put them together. the students are very engaged when we do this activity.

Library

In our library session we talked about library rules, how we should keep our voices down, how we should open books carefully, how we shouldn't tear up books, and then they started reading books and choosing which ones to take home. We had a really fun time.

Art

In our art session, we made a thread drawing. First, they put on their art smack, they chose the thread of their favorite color, then dipped the thread in the glue and stick it on their paper. It was a very beautiful and unique work. The children loved it.

Literacy

In our literacy session we did journal, we presented Journal book and colors to our children, then we asked them what they wanted to draw, then they started drawing, we had a very fun time, and then we asked them what they drew.
