Early pre-school
Dear parents,
We had such a fun week at little Einsteins. We are glad to announce that our second family day of the school year will be themed Carnival. It is going to be held on Feb 24, 2018 in the school compound.
Large group
This week our large group focused on things we enjoyed . The kids enjoyed talking about their favorite food, drinks, shapes, color and toys.
Small group
This week we had math, literacy, science, library, and cooperative work. The most fun activity in small group was cooperative work. We talked about art works we did through out the year and the kids wanted to put them on the wall in our large group room. So we took out 3 of our
artworks and we decorated our classroom. It was amazing to see kids working together and helping each other to accomplish a specific task.
Work time
The children enjoyed going to the different work time centers. Airplane is the new center developed by pre-k. It contains a runway, control tower, airport, and actual passenger plain. The kids enjoyed working in that center the other centers we had this week were water fun, sand box, ocean and blocks.
Next week
Monday – Math (continue exploring with shapes)
Tuesday- literacy (sand box letter hunt)
Wednesday- Science (experiments - egg vinegar dissolving activity)
Thursday- library
Friday- craft day (decorations for family day.)

Reminder
On Monday please make sure your child wears old clothes and shoes for art. It could get messy.
Please don’t forget to return their library folders on Thursday.
Due to hot season please don't forget to put hat, and sunscreen in their bags.
